Package Your Items

Place the unworn garments in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
